White Sauce Pasta

Today we learn how to make White Sauce Pasta.

White Sauce Pasta best thing to eat to satisfy your cravings at any time easy to make the recipe. Just take 15 to 20 minutes to cook. I try to make it healthy & avoid cheese but if you love to eat cheese you can add as much as you want. here is the step by step recipe for white sauce pasta.

Ingredients for White Sauce Pasta:-

  • 1 cup penne pasta

  • Salt according to taste

  • Oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic

  • 1 Green capsicum

  • Red capsicum

  • ½ cup boiled corn

  • 2 tbsp white flour (Maida)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp oregano

  • 1/2 tbsp chili flacks

  • ½ tbsp black pepper

Method:

  1. First of all, take 2 cups of water in a pan, add salt & oil in it.

  2. Bring it to boil on high flame.

  3. When it starts boiling add 1 cup penne pasta boil till it gets soften.

  4. To check whether pasta is cooked or not, take one pasta in a fork and bite it. If it is a little firm to bite, it is cooked. If it is too hard to bite, it requires more cooking.

  5. Drain all the water, wash it with cold water & keep aside.

  6. After that, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.

  7. Add garlic & veggies like capsicum & corn. ( you can also add more veggies according to your choice like broccoli, onions & carrot.)

  8. Stir and cook until veggies are cooked but still crunchy, for around 2-3 minutes on high flame. Turn off the flame and transfer them to a bowl.

  9. Heat to tbsp of oil in a pan.

  10. After that add white flour(maida) give it a continuous stir until it changes its color.

  11. Now add milk in it and mix well.

  12. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.

  13. Add oregano, chili flacks, black pepper & salt in a pan & mix well.

  14. At the end mix fried veggies & boiled pasta that we kept aside before.

  15. Mix well all the things.

  16. Your pasta is almost done, turn off the flame.

  17. Finally, garnish with oregano & serve hot.

Most noteworthy, Always serve white sauce pasta hot. And if it gets thicken at the time of serving, add some more milk & cook for 2 minutes.
