Protein Chana Chaat is the solution to your evening time snack. Protein Chana Chaat is a very quick & easy recipe to prepare for breakfast or snack time. It also the best recipe for your health.
Ingredients for Protein Chana Chaat:-
1 cup white Chana boiled
Water for boiling
Salt according to taste
1 Green chili chopped
1 cup Potato sliced
1 cup Onion sliced
1 Cucumber chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp Tamarind sauce
1 tbsp Chaat masala
1 spoon lemon juice
coriander leaves for garnish
Firstly, Take a bowl & add 1 cup boiled chana.
Now add 1 cup of boiled & chopped potato.
Add 1 cup of chopped tomato.
Add chopped cucumber & chopped onion.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now I am going to add the masalas to make the chaat spicier & mouth-watering.
Sprinkle salt & black pepper according to your taste & mix well.
Next, add Tamarind sauce & lemon juice & stir well.
Add red chili powder & chaat masala give it a quick stir.
Garnish with coriander & your chaat is ready to serve.
Most importantly, Always make chaat fresh don’t try to store it.
