Corn Cutlet is the most easiest and healthy recipe that you can make for your breakfast or also as a snack mixed with lots of vegetables it tastes delicious also you can make it with less oil by using nonstick pan so it will be more healthier here is the step by step recipe for Corn Cutlet.
Ingredients for Corn Cutlet Recipe:-
1 Cup Corn ( Boiled & Crushed)
2 Potato (Boiled)
1 Capsicum (Chopped)
1 Carrot (chopped)
½ cup Corn
1 Green chili
Salt as needed
½ Tbsp of Black Pepper
½ Tbsp of Amchur
½ Tbsp of roasted jeera powder
½ Cup of roasted besan(Gram Flour)
1 Tbsp of maggie masala
Method For Making Corn Cutlet Recipe:
First of all, Boil 1 1/2 Cup Corn.
Now Keep aside ½ cup of corn & grind another one.
Also Boil 2 potatoes & crush it.
After that take a bowl add potato in it.
Now Add veggies like carrot, capsicum, corn and green chili.
Add all the spices like salt, amchur, black pepper and maggie masala.
Finally add roasted basen for binding and mix it well.
Make cutlet in your favorite shape.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the cutlets from both sides till it golden in color.
Remove excess oil and serve cutlet with your favorite dip.
