Today we learn how to make Corn Spinach Sandwich.
Corn Spinach Sandwich is very popular among the young generation these days. You can make it for your breakfast, as a snack & also serve it as a party snack. Corn & Spinach make it healthy & it is the best option for your kids’ tiffin box. most importantly, always make them fresh otherwise they get soggy.
Ingredients for Corn Spinach Sandwich:-
4 Bread Slice
½ Bowl Corn (Boiled)
½ Bowl Spinach (Boiled)
2 Tbsp of all-purpose flour
½ cup milk
1 Green Chili (chopped)
½ Tbsp of garlic paste
1 Tbsp of oil
Salt as needed
½ Tbsp of black pepper
½ Tbsp of chaat masala
Method For Making Corn Spinach Sandwich :
First of all, Take a pan.
- Secondly, heat 2 tbsp of oil.
After that, add garlic paste Saute for a minute.
Then add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour and give it a continuous stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add milk and cook it with a quick stir.
After that, add corn and also spinach.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper and chat masala to it.
Finally, add green chili & cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off the flame transfer corn spinach mix in a bowl and keep aside.
Take a slice of bread spread corn spinach batter on it equally.
Cover it with other slice and toast it in a grill pan from both sides till it turns light brown in color. similarly, make all sandwiches. you can also make them on tava to make them crunchy.
Cut into slices and serve it with your favorite dip.
you can make these sandwiches occasionally or also regularly.
