Crispy Potato Tacos | Mexican Tacos

Today we learn how to make Crispy Potato Tacos.

Taco is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a small hand-sized corn or wheat tortilla topped with a filling.

Ingredients for Crispy Potato Tacos:-

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • ½ Tbsp dry chili paste

  • ½ Tbsp of ginger garlic paste

  • 1 Onion Sliced

  • Salt as needed

  • ½ Tbsp of black pepper

  • ½ Tbsp red chili sauce

  • 1 cup boiled potato

  • ½ Tbsp chili flakes

  • 1 Tbsp oregano

  • Cheese

    Method For Making Crispy Potato Tacos:

  1. First of all, Take a pan.

  2. Add butter when it starts melting add dry crushed chili.

  3. Now add ginger garlic paste.

  4. After that add onions & cook it for 2 minutes.

  5. Add salt, black pepper & red chili paste cook it for 2 minutes.

  6. After that add boiled potatoes & mix it well.

  7. Add chili flakes & oregano.

  8. Cook for 2 minutes & keep aside.

  9. Take a pre-made chapati spread red chili paste on it.

  10. Spread Potato mix on it & top it with lots of cheese.

  11. Cover it & crisp it from both sides in a pan.

  12. Garnish with cheese and serve it hot.
