Today we learn how to make Crispy Potato Tacos.
Taco is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a small hand-sized corn or wheat tortilla topped with a filling.
Ingredients for Crispy Potato Tacos:-
1 Tbsp Butter
½ Tbsp dry chili paste
½ Tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1 Onion Sliced
Salt as needed
½ Tbsp of black pepper
½ Tbsp red chili sauce
1 cup boiled potato
½ Tbsp chili flakes
1 Tbsp oregano
Method For Making Crispy Potato Tacos:
First of all, Take a pan.
Add butter when it starts melting add dry crushed chili.
Now add ginger garlic paste.
After that add onions & cook it for 2 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper & red chili paste cook it for 2 minutes.
After that add boiled potatoes & mix it well.
Add chili flakes & oregano.
Cook for 2 minutes & keep aside.
Take a pre-made chapati spread red chili paste on it.
Spread Potato mix on it & top it with lots of cheese.
Cover it & crisp it from both sides in a pan.
Garnish with cheese and serve it hot.
