Dahi Puri especially popular in the state of Maharashtra, India is the all-time favorite chaat. As we know it is the street side food that is loved by every single person no matter the age everyone loves to eat this snack also it is a very light snack that u can have as much as u want. But when it comes to street-side vendors everyone is worrying about hygiene so here is the homemade recipe for Dahi puri so can eat this yummy snack without worrying about hygiene. Dahi Puri is a very quick & easy recipe to prepare for your evening snack time. It also the best recipe for making your mood insistently good.
Ingredients for Dahi Puri Recipe:-
6 to 8 puris (you can buy them from the market or make it by yourself at home fresh & healthy).
2 Potato boiled & mashed (you can also chop potatoes in small pieces to make it chunky)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 bowl curd
Tamarind Chutney (made with tamarind & jaggery)
Green Chutney (made with coriander leaves, green chili & salt)
Salt according to taste
Roasted jeera powder
coriander leaves for garnish
Make small holes in puris & arrange it on a plate.
Fill up all the puris with boiled potatoes.
Add chopped onions.
Now pour curd in puris.
After that add tamarind chutney.
Now I am going to add the green chutney to make the chaat more spicy & mouth-watering.
Sprinkle roasted jeera masala & chaat masala according to your taste.
Next, add sev on top of the puris.
Garnish with coriander & your chaat is ready to serve.
