Dry Manchurian Recipe

Today we learn how to make Dry Manchurian Recipe.

Dry Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese dish across India. This dish is made of deep-fried mixed vegetable balls tossed in Chinese sauces. it is a very famous recipe among children or also used as a party snack. Manchurian Dry is inspired by Chinese cuisine. there are two ways to make Manchurian we can make dry balls or we can also make it with gravy. Today we are making Manchurian dry.

Ingredients for Dry Manchurian:-

  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup

  • Medium onion (chopped)

  • Small capsicum (chopped)

  • Carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup

  • ½ cup of all-purpose flour

  • Cornflour ½ cup

  • Salt as needed

  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

  • ¼ cup of water

  • oil for frying

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • 1 tbsp garlic(chopped)

  •  Onion sliced 1 cup

  • Capsicum sliced 1 cup

  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce

  • Red chill sauce 1/2 tbsp

  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp

  • Sesame seeds


  1. Firstly, Take a bowl.

  2. Secondly, Put all the chopped vegetables. In addition, you can also add some more vegetables of your choice.

  3. After that, add all-purpose flour & cornflour.

  4. Add salt and red chill powder & make a dough using some water, In other words, combine the mixture well to make small balls.

  5. Make small Manchurian balls. Similarly, make all of them.

  6. Heat oil for frying & most importantly, fry Manchurian balls on medium flame so that it cooked evenly.

  7. Manchurian balls are golden in color Therefore, we remove extra oil & take them off in a bowl.
  8. Take a pan heat oil.

  9. Now add garlic & fry for 30 seconds add sliced onion & capsicum.

  10. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes after that, add soy sauce, vinegar & red chili paste.

  11. Finally, add some black pepper & Manchurian balls & coat Manchurian balls with the masala.

  12. Garnish it with Sesame seeds & serve it with soy dip. Above all, it turns out very well.
