Today we learn how to make Hakka Noodles.
Hakka Noodles is a very popular food among every age group. You can make it healthy by adding your favorite veggies like cabbage, carrot, onions, capsicum, peas, broccoli. I am sharing some tips to make your noodles awesome in taste while boiling noodles always add some salt & oil in boiling water, as a result, you will get noodles nonsticky after boiling strain hot water & wash noodles with cold water also brushup with some oil to prevent it sticking with each other. Soya sauce is the main ingredient to make your noodles yummy always put the right quantity of soy sauce. Garlic adds a unique flavor to your dish.
Ingredients for Hakka Noodles:-
1 bowl Noodles (Boiled)
1 bowl Cabbage (julienned)
A bowl full of Capsicum (julienned)
1 bowl Carrot (julienned)
1 bowl onions (diced)
Salt according to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp soya sauce
½ tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp red chili sauce
Method For Making Hakka Noodles:
First of all, Boil noodles in a pan with some salt & oil.
Strain extra water & keep noodles aside.
Take a pan to add some oil to heat.
Now add some garlic paste & fry for a sec.
Add all the veggies like cabbage, carrot, capsicum & onions.
Fry on high flame to make veggies crunchy.
After that add noodles and start adding sauces like soya sauce, red chili sauce, ketchup & vinegar.
Sprinkle some salt & black pepper.
Finally, mix noodles with the help of two folks & serve hot with sauces.
