Today we learn how to make Italian Cheese Maggi.
I think there is no need to introduce Maggi. It is the best food to eat at any time or in any situation no matter you are a 2-year-old child, a 22 year old young or a 60-year-old Maggi is an addiction to all of us. It is a brand name that is a synonym for noodles. No doubt that everyone has there own ways of cooking maggi in their own style today am gonna show u Italian maggi in my style & u gonna love it
Ingredients for Italian Cheese Maggi:-
2 packet Maggi
2 cup water
1 Tbsp of butter
1 capsicum (Chopped)
1 onion (Chopped)
1 Carrot (chopped)
½ cup corn (Boiled)
2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
½ Tbsp chili flakes
1 Tbsp Oregano
Salt as needed
½ tbsp of black paper
Method For Making Italian Cheese Maggi:
First of all, Take a bowl.
Secondly,Boil Maggi in 2 cup water.
Take another pan, heat butter.
After that add onions and fry for 2 minutes.
Similarly, add veggies(capsicum, carrot, corn) and cook for 5 minutes.
Keep aside in a bowl.
Take a pan add some oil.
Roast 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour for a minute or 2 and add 1 cup of milk.
Most importantly, Stir continuously to avoid lumps and make a smooth paste.
Add cooked veggies and mix well.
After that add salt, black paper, chili flakes and oregano.
Finally add boiled maggi and coat it well.
Garnish with cheese and serve it hot.
