Today we learn how to make Moong Dal Vada Recipe

Moong Dal Vada or pakora is made of green split moong dal is ideal for evening snack and it served with special kind of traditional chutney here is the full step by step recipe for moong dal pakora or as well as chutney.

Ingredients for Moong Dal Vada Recipe:-

  • 1 Cup moong dal (Soaked for 6 hours)

  • 2 onion (chopped)

  • 1 Tomato (Chopped)

  • Salt as needed

  • ½ Tbsp of Black Pepper

  • ½ Tbsp of hing

  • 1 Tbsp of jeera

  • 1 Tbsp of Coriander seeds

  • 7 to 8 Dry red chili

  • 7 to 8 garlic cloves

  • Oil for frying

    Method For Making Moong Dal Vada Recipe:

  1. First of all, Soak 1 Cup green moong dal for 6 hours.

  2. After 6 hours remove renaming water and grind it with 1 chopped onion, jeera, hing and coriander seeds.

  3. Make a smooth paste, add salt and mix it well.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the vadas.

  5. Remove excess oil and keep it on a tissue to remove left over oil.

  6. For making chutney add 7 to 8 green chili in a mixture add 7 to 8 cloves of garlic and chopped onion and tomato.

  7. After that add some salt, jeera and hing in it and grind it.

  8. Don’t make a smooth paste otherwise it not taste good.

  9. Our vadas and chutney are ready to serve.
