Today we learn how to make Pizza Paratha.
Pizza Paratha is favorite among children & also the best option to serve in your parties. You can experiment with different-2 veggies to make it tastier and unique. If you are looking for a healthier option you can replace mozzarella cheese with Cottage cheese.
Ingredients for Pizza Paratha:-
Whole-wheat flour 1 cup
water as needed
salt as needed
Oil 1 tbsp
medium capsicum (Chopped)
small onion (chopped)
Corn (Boiled) 1 cup
Tomato (chopped) 1
1 bowl mozzarella cheese(grated)
½ Tbsp Black pepper
2 Tbsp pizza sauce
1 Tbsp Italian Herbs
Method For Making Pizza Paratha :
Firstly, In a large bowl, add 1 bowl whole-wheat flour, salt, oil, and water.
After that, knead until the dough becomes soft.
Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Then, take a bowl, add vegetables you can also add some more vegetables such as mushrooms and baby corn.
After that, add salt according to taste.
Sprinkle some black pepper.
Finally, add grated cheese and mix well.
Make a round chapati out of kneaded dough.
Then spread 1 Tbsp of pizza sauce on it.
Now add stuffing and seal the edges gently.
Heat a Tawa. When it turns hot, place the paratha on the Tawa and cook on both sides until golden.
Then, Place the paratha on a plate grate some cheese on the hot paratha.
Cut it into 2 parts sprinkle some herbs and also chili flakes. Similarly, repeat the process.
Now that its ready serve it with ketchup.
