Red Sauce Pasta | Red Sauce Pasta With Corn | Pasta Recipe

Today we learn how to make Red Sauce Pasta.
Red Sauce Pasta is favorite among all ages. Made with tomato puree & veggies. Tomato gives it a tangy taste. You can serve pasta in lunch & dinner. By adding herbs & cheese makes it more delicious. Try it at home & share your experiences with me.

Ingredients for Red Sauce Pasta:-
• 1 bowl Fusilli Pasta
• water as needed
• salt as needed
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1 Tbsp garlic(chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 bowl corn(Boiled)
• 1 cup Tomato puree
• 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
• Mozzarella cheese(grated)
• ½ Tbsp Black Pepper
• 1 Tbsp Italian Herbs
• Coriander for garnish
Method For Making Red Sauce Pasta :
1. First of all, Boil pasta with ½ tbsp of oil & a pinch of salt till they are soft.
2. Rinse the extra water & keep it aside.
3. Boil 4 to 5 large tomatoes in a pan.
4. Further, peel off the skin & blend to smooth puree.
5. In a pan, heat oil add garlic & saute for 1 minute.
6. Now add onions cook till it turns golden in color.
7. Add tomato puree cook it to make puree thick.
8. Add tomato ketchup, salt & black pepper.
9. Mix it well & add boiled corn.
10. Also, add mix herbs.
11. Finally, add pasta & mix gently making sure the sauce has coated well on pasta.
12. Finally serve Red Sauce Pasta topped with lots of cheese & herbs.
13. Enjoy!
