Rice chila is the most easiest and healthy recipe that you can make for your breakfast or also as a snack mixed with lots of vegetables it tastes delicious also you can make it with less oil by using nonstick pan so it will be more healthier here is the step by step recipe for rice chila.
Ingredients for Rice Chila Recipe:-
1 Cup Rice (Soaked for 6 hours)
2 Tbsp of Oil
2 Potato (Boiled)
1 onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (Chopped)
1 Capsicum (Chopped)
1 Carrot (chopped)
Salt as needed
½ Tbsp of Black Pepper
½ Tbsp of Chili Flakes
¼ Tbsp of baking soda
Method For Making Rice Chila Recipe:
First of all, Soak 1 Cup rice for 6 hours.
After 6 hours remove renaming water and grind it in a mixture.
Now add boiled potato in rice batter and grind it again.
Add Chopped vegetables like carrot, onion,tomato and capsicum you can also add according to your choice.
Time to add masalas first we add salt then black pepper and then chili flakes.
After that add baking soda and mix it well.
Heat a pan and brush up some oil on it.
Now add the batter on it and cook from both sides.
Make all chilas in a same way and enjoy it with your choice of chutney or raita.
