Today we learn how to make Smoky Malai Paneer Recipe.
Smoky malai paneer or Tandoori paneer is a north Indian dish dedicate to Punjabis who likes tandoori flavors most it is rich in flavors & it tastes too good u can serve it with naan or rice & can make it for both lunch & dinner. you can also add cream instead of malai.
Ingredients for Smoky Malai Paneer Recipe:-
200gm Paneer Cubed
Medium onion cut into squares
small capsicum cut into squares
1 Tomato cut into squares
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as needed
½ tbsp of Black Pepper
2 Green chili
½ Tbsp of cumin seeds
1 Black Cardamom
1 Cup Malai
1 Tbsp of desi ghee
Firstly, Take a pan & heat oil.
Secondly, Add cumin seeds & cardamom.
Once it started crackle add onions.
Fry on full flame till its light in color.
After that, add capsicum & tomatoes.
Cook on full flame.
Add paneer cubes and fry for 2 minutes.
After that, add salt as needed & ½ tbsp of black pepper.
After adding malai stir continuously for 2 minutes.
Cover it with lid & cook for 5 minutes.
Make space in between & put coal bowl in the pan.
After that, add 1 tbsp of desi ghee on coal & cover pan with a lid for 5 minutes. In other words, give smoke to paneer.
Finally, your smoky malai paneer is ready, serve hot with naan or rice.
Most importantly, Always heat coal very carefully & heat until it turns red.
