Veg Corn Sandwich | Corn Sandwich | Snack Recipes

Today we learn how to make Veg Corn Sandwich.

Veg Corn Sandwich is popular among the young generation these days. You can make it for your breakfast, as a snack & also serve it as a party snack.

Ingredients for Veg Corn Sandwich:-

  • 4 Bread Slice

  • ½ Bowl Corn (Boiled)

  • ½ Bowl Spinach (chopped)

  • 2 Tbsp of Curd

  • Cucumber (sliced)

  • 1 Onion (sliced)

  • 1 Tomato (sliced)

  • Capsicum (sliced)

  • 1 Tbsp of oil

  • Salt as needed

  • ½ Tbsp of black pepper

  • ½ Tbsp of chaat masala

    Method For Making Veg Corn Sandwich :

  1. First of all, Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Secondly, Add spinach & cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.

  3. Once it is done take it out & keep aside.

  4. After that, Take a bowl to add spinach & corn.

  5. Then add curd, black pepper & salt.

  6. Finally, add chat masala & mix it well.

  7. Take a slice of bread to add sliced veggies on it.

  8. After that, spread corn spinach batter on it equally.

  9. Cover it with other slice & toast it in a grill pan from both sides till it turns light brown in color. similarly, make all sandwiches.

  10. You can also add cheese on top of sandwiches to make it cheesy.
  11. Cut into slices & serve it with tomato ketchup or you can serve it with any other dip.

  12. Enjoy!
